When will my clothes be ready?

Generally, clothes dropped off for dry cleaning and laundry services can expect to be ready in ~3 business days (including Saturday).

Do you do alterations?

No. However, we do recommend our nearby neighbors Donelson Alterations and Ericka’s Tailoring.

What’s the difference between dry cleaning and laundry?

Dry cleaning is a process in which clothing is cleaned using a combination of chemicals, solvents, and air to target specific stains. Dry cleaning has many benefits over laundry, such as more effective stain removal, less likelihood of damaging the fabric, and increased life span of the garment. After being treated for spots by a professional dry cleaner, the item is cleaned and pressed.

Laundry is the process of washing clothing using a combination of water and laundry detergent. This process is very similar to what a home washing machine does. After being washed, the clothes are pressed using starch, a natural ingredient that, with the added heat of the press, makes the item more crisp and resistant to wrinkles.

When do I pay?

We require payment in advance, so you don’t have to worry about payment when you pick up!

What forms of payment do you take?

We take cash and debit/credit cards. We don’t take checks at this time.

Do you clean comforters, tablecloths, wedding dresses, etc.?

Yes! We clean much more than standard clothing items. View our list of services or feel free to bring in any item for pricing info!

Are you affiliated with any other cleaners in Nashville?

No, we only have one location in Donelson. We are unaffiliated with the other Park Avenue Cleaners in the Nashville area.
